The last Yoga In The Park of 2019 is this Monday 2nd September (message me to join the WhatsApp) then we’re back at St Faiths from Thursday 5th 🙌

For the next few weeks, in the run up to the Ealing Half Marathon, the focus will be on quad strengthening, hip rotation and deep hamstring stretches, so if you’re a runner or cyclist, or have recently got back to a fitness schedule and are feeling a bit creaky and stuck, you’ll be really into this.
