It’s officially freezing and everyone is walking around with their shoulders in their ears, so this week we’re mobilising the upper body. This is an ideal sequence for #beginners who want to work out tight pecs and rounded shoulders, #weightlifters who want to get their overhead extension going, #intermediate/advanced students who are ready to go upside down #zombielift. Also great for blasting out lingering colds and chest infections.
