Full schedule this week with the addition of a 1030am **BEGINNERS CLASS** at newly refurbed PBS in Boston Manor on Tuesdays. In aid of the Ealing Half Marathon I’m teaching *Yoga For Runners* all through the month of September; loosely translated, the focus will be on deep hamstring stretches, lengthening of the hip flexors, hip rotation and a good shaking out of your pelvis. It works. You’ll run faster and longer for it.
