Classes online and in real life are back to normal this week with a brand new extra slot at Energie West Ealing on Fridays at 11. My in-person classes are not affected by the new Tier 2 restrictions and I’ll continue to adapt to maximise safety measures and crank up the Zoom offering when we move to Tier 3. In the meantime I’ve found us the most AMAZING beach retreat venue in Sussex for next summer – looook! Already playlisting and planning. The vibe this week is very optimistic and very spacious – come and find me.

As part of an online Yoga For Emotional Wellbeing course I’m teaching privately in New York here is my one hour Yoga For Anxiety class. It starts with a 20 minute guided meditation (and you could just do that), followed by a 20 minute Beginner Flow and then a short Yoga Nidra to reset everything and get you back into your bod. Everything feels scattered at the moment and if you know someone that might benefit please feel free to share.
