Just a quick reminder that in-person classes are in very high demand at the moment and are always fully booked. I have a 24hr cancellation policy so if you get sick or something comes up you’ll get a full refund and someone else can take your place, no problem. Thank you for booking and supporting! You lot get first refusal so get in touch immediately. I’ll be adding weekday morning classes at OPENealing as soon as the room becomes available. Here’s an extra one I recorded with a corp client this week. Yoga Nidra, also known as a ‘yogic power nap’, is a guided meditation maximising the time we spend in relaxation by accessing alpha and then theta waves (deep sleep state). A 20 minute YN is said to be worth four hours of sleep. You’ll see. If you don’t feel like doing the flow (it’s easy and v basic) fast forward it to approx 34 minutes and just do the meditation.
